Dwyn has been in the real estate industry and employed by Crown III Realty for more than 17 years. She started by getting her feet wet in the field as a Realtor and just a few months later she was managing the entire office. After several years of managing the office she eventually became the managing broker, Dwyn was ready to invest even more into the company (literally) and bought Crown III Realty. Since then, she has had the pleasure of molding the company into her own vision and worked not only at keeping Crown III Realty what it is today, but has also had the opportunity to get back into doing some selling of her own.
In addition to being the owner and broker of Crown III Realty, Dwyn is deeply involved in the real estate community. She is a director for the Wichita Area Association of Realtors, she was on the board of directors for the South Central Kansas Multiple Listing Service for 6 years. In addition Dwyn is currently the President of the Music Theatre of Wichita Guild, was the treasurer for Music Theatre of Wichita Guild for 5 years before that and she belongs to PEO Sisterhood and was Social Co-Chair for that organization. Needless to say, Dwyn keeps herself busy.
When Dwyn has time to relax and unwind she enjoys spending time with her family either in Wichita or at a favorite vacation destination or with her Iowa family. Dwyn has many titles to her name. She is the owner of her own company, a wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend. She has also recently added the title of grandma to her plate or “Namie” as she prefers to be called. Whether Dwyn is at home with her family or spending time with friends, working hard at the office or volunteering her time, she is passionate about what she is doing.
