I am new in the REAL ESTATE BUSINESS but not new at business. I had a short run at retirement, but sitting around does not fit my mind set. I enjoy the interaction of people and look forward to providing you with an exceptionally professional experience through my dedication to put your best interest first.

I have bought and sold a number of homes and businesses on my own. I came to Wichita in 1962 and started a career in retail (do you remember DAVID'S?????) That was the start for me. From there into my own entrepreneurial world-printing, personnel/staffing, a bar (let's not go there), and I have learned, won, lost and so forth.

In addition to other things, I have sat on the board of Rolling Hills Country Club, been president of Westside Investment Club, and served as Chairman for the American Diabetes Association of Sedgwick County. I take great pride in the integrity and sincerity with which I accomplish my goals.

In addition to my family I have a passion for dogs, horses, and adventure. My adventures include coaching kids' soccer, playing tons of tennis, motorcycling, golf, flying, working cattle, playing polo and now-providing you with the best real estate experience of YOUR life!
